Valentino Nortey, 41, was arrested after the attack, which unfolded on the 6000 block of Mayfair Drive in Harrisburg, Lower Paxton Bureau of Police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Police were first alerted around 9:40 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 17, after Dauphin County Communications reported that a stabbing victim had arrived at a local hospital, authorities said.
