Illinois-based Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants will be opening its first location in Alabama just in time for Valentine’s Day.
The restaurant will open on Feb. 9 at Clift Farm in Madison at 8228 Highway 72 West. The restaurant is described as a fusion of familiar elements – modern casual restaurant, Napa-style tasting room, and artisanal retail market – combined to create an entirely new hospitality experience.
