EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A crash on I-195 West in East Providence created significant backups headed toward the Washington Bridge Tuesday evening.
The Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) announced just after 5 p.m. that several lanes were blocked near the crash at Exit 2.
RIDOT said the scene has since been cleared. Traffic has started flowing again…
