Update, 1 p.m.: A winter storm watch has been issued for parts of Greater Cincinnati, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
The watch will be in effect from the morning of Jan. 24 through late Jan. 25 for Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties in Kentucky and Clermont County in Ohio.
