Grand Rapids concert venue hosts K-pop music night

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — On Jan. 30, guests at The Pyramid Scheme in downtown Grand Rapids can attend K-Winterland, a K-pop music themed dance night featuring a live DJ and decades of Korean pop music.

“They’ll play old school to new school,” Alex Ross, event producer for K-Winterland: KPop Club Night, said. “BTS to Demon Hunters.”

K-pop might win at the Grammys for the first time

Beginning at 8 p.m., attendees of K-Winterland: KPop Club Night can enjoy dance performances from local K-pop groups and college clubs accompanied by a live DJ at The Pyramid Scheme’s main stage venue space.

“Come out and have some fun with your friends,” Ross said. “Come ready to dance.”
