A top 50 U.S. accounting firm is expanding into investment banking and the Michigan market with a deal to acquire Grand Rapids-based Charter Capital Partners.
Katz, Sapper & Miller LLP, a large advisory, tax, and audit firm with six offices in the Midwest and New York, closed Jan. 16 on the acquisition of Grand Rapids-based Charter Capital Partners, which will transition to the name KSM Corporate Finance.
