The Illinois Lottery says that on January 5, 2026 someone picked up a Powerball ticket at 5951 E Rockton Road in Roscoe, Illinois
That Powerball ticket turned out to be a winner – a big winner. This mystery person now needs to come forward and claim their $100,000 prize, but there’s a significant problem.
