ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A Foristell man was charged and arrested Wednesday after being accused of stealing nearly bronze vases from cemeteries in St. Louis and St. Charles Counties.
St. Charles County Prosecutors have charged 47-year-old Brett A. Stowell with stealing of $25,000 or more, a class C felony. St. Louis County Prosecutors charged Stowell with stealing $750 or more, a class D felony.
