NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – An Orleans Parish grand jury has indicted two men on charges of second-degree murder in connection with the October 2025 death of New Orleans rideshare driver Miguel Stemley.
Brandon Joseph and Angel Martinez each was charged with second-degree murder. Martinez also was charged with accessory after the fact to second-degree murder.
Each would face a mandatory life sentence if convicted on the murder charge…
