A driver was cited for driving onto the train tracks in Old Town Fort Collins the morning of Jan. 20 and causing a train crash that delayed traffic.
A train blocked several intersections in Old Town for nearly two hours the morning of Jan. 20 after hitting an unoccupied vehicle on the tracks, Fort Collins Police Services said in a Facebook post. No injuries were reported.
Police say the driver of the vehicle made a left turn to travel northbound on South Mason Street from eastbound Myrtle Street and high centered the vehicle on the raised curb.
