Project Ranger to create 300 high-paying jobs and strengthen New Mexico’s defense innovation ecosystem
RIO RANCHO, N.M. — Castelion, a defense technology company specializing in advanced propulsion systems, has broken ground on a 1,000-acre manufacturing campus in Sandoval County known as Project Ranger, marking a major expansion of New Mexico’s defense and advanced manufacturing footprint.
The project represents a $150 million private investment and is expected to generate approximately $650 million in economic output over the next decade, while creating 300 high-wage jobs for New Mexicans.
