KAILUA, Hawaii (Island News) — Police arrested a man who allegedly attacked a woman while trying to kidnap her in Kailua on Wednesday morning.
The domestic incident happened at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, in Kailua, according to a police report. A 34-year-old woman was attacked by the suspect, a 32-year-old man, while she was leaving a home.
