VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The City of Virginia Beach is closely monitoring the forecast and preparing for potential winter weather, city officials said.
City crews are readying equipment and supplies and developing staffing plans to ensure residents remain safe and critical services remain accessible during and after a storm.
