HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – The Huntsville city council will vote on an ordinance to annex close to 650 acres of land near Swancott road.
Some of the land, according to Director of Urban and Economic Development Director Shane Davis, will house the new Huntsville City School.
