Gina’s Pizza, a family-owned Sicilian-inspired pizza and Italian restaurant, is getting ready to open a new location in Laguna Niguel at 28051 Greenfield Drive, Suite B.
The company’s fourth location will move into the former home of Slice of the Pie Pizza, according to a recent liquor license application. Co-owner Kerry McMahan tells What Now that the team expects the location to open in late March or early April 2026. Customers can look forward to Gina’s signature pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, and fresh salads, prepared using recipes that have been in the Costa family for generations.
Gina’s Pizza was founded in 1975 by Gina Costa, who immigrated to the United States from Palermo, Sicily, in the 1950s. She brought her passion for cooking to California, and her first restaurant in Corona Del Mar quickly became a local favorite.
