(FOX40.COM) — A new program aimed at cleaning up Modesto streets while also providing work to people experiencing homelessness is now officially underway.
City leaders said the program, called Hope Works, is about more than just making the streets cleaner, but also creating real pathways back into the workforce for some of the community’s most vulnerable residents.
