SKANEATELES, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A Skaneateles firefighter lived in the home that caught fire and killed two dogs on County Line Road, Skaneateles Fire Chief Pete Buehler confirmed to NewsChannel 9.
Around noon on Tuesday, Jan. 20, the Mottville Volunteer Fire Company, along with nearly 20 other fire companies, assisted the Skaneateles Fire District with the fire.
Fire Chief Buehler said the home belonged to the parents of one of their members. They were not hurt.
