BRILLION (WLUK) — The suspect in a Brillion murder has been identified.
Kenneth Nelson was arrested Wednesday on a requested first-degree intentional homicide charge after deputies were dispatched for a medical call at a home in the W2000 block of County Trunk Highway HR.
