ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A North City woodworker will see his handcrafted furniture displayed at the Smithsonian Institution in April after being selected from approximately 2,000 applicants for a prestigious national exhibition.
Martin Goebel, owner of Goebel and Company Furniture, learned his work was chosen for the Smithsonian’s annual American Craft show, which highlights the top 120 contemporary makers in the country.
