A federal judge has sentenced a St. Louis County man to more than 14 years in prison after he was caught twice with illegal drugs and firearms.
U.S. District Judge Matthew T. Schelp on Tuesday sentenced Quentin Simms, 54, to 14 years and two months in federal prison, the equivalent of 170 months.
Simms pleaded guilty in September to five federal charges: possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and cocaine base, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of a firearm in connection with drug trafficking crimes, and being a felon in possession of a firearm…
