She’s just so incredible that her spirit just somehow inspires you. Not only is she an incredibly giving Mom and neighbor, but if you’ve been blessed to be her patient, then you certainly know what I’m talking about.
Thanks to her dear friend, Jennifer Allen, we learned of Jenny’s love and commitment to others. Just look at the amazing letter she penned in her nomination for Jenny.
Jenny Kelley grew up in Benton and now serves our community as a doctor at Willis Knighton Internal Medicine and Pediatric Specialists in North Bossier. She is truly one of the most genuine, warm, and down to earth people I know. Jenny has a gift for making people feel cared for. She gives the best hugs, offers the best advice, and is always there for her friends and family during difficult times. She is also a devoted mom to three beautiful girls and is the steady foundation of her family. When her husband was badly injured last year, Jenny somehow managed to keep their family ranch going while continuing to take exceptional care of her family, friends, and patients. She never once asked or expected recognition or praise. Jenny devotes an incredible amount of time to her church community. For years, she faithfully served the children of St. Jude Catholic Church in Benton by teaching the First Communion class. Jenny has a servant’s heart. She loves welcoming and entertaining anyone and everyone, and you can usually find her serving crawfish right on her dining room table! Many times, you don’t even have to ask for help and suddenly, two casseroles appear on your doorstep, reminding you that you’re not alone. We are incredibly lucky to have Jenny Kelley as both a friend and a doctor in our community. She quietly lives out what it means to care for others, and she is more than deserving of being recognized for the countless good deeds she does every single day. …
