WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – The Pecatonica Community School District 321 school board voted Wednesday night not to approve the hire of an elementary school music teacher.
The meeting was held at the Pecatonica High School library and drew a large crowd, as parents and community members filled the room to share divided views on the proposed hire. The agenda included an action item requiring board approval of the position.
