Kaufman’s to open NYC-style diner in downtown Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A familiar name in Albuquerque is opening up a spot that’s bringing something new to a familiar place in downtown.

“It’s one thing that I think Albuquerque is missing [is] a good New York-style diner,” said David Kaufman, owner of Kaufman’s New York Diner.
