South Dakota truckers wait-out the white-outs

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — Wednesday’s strong winds made driving difficult in the open country, especially for those who were behind the wheel of a big rig.

Adjusting to a South Dakota winter isn’t easy when you’re a native of South Africa.

“This is complete opposite of what I get back home. Complete opposite,” Tea, SD trucker Tiaan Treurnicht said.
