SPOKANE, Wash. — A teen girl is facing robbery and theft charges for allegedly pepper spraying the owner of a downtown Spokane business while stealing from the shop.
On Tuesday, Petunia and Loomis posted on Facebook that it was closing early due to the owner, Jesse McCauley, being pepper sprayed when confronting suspected shoplifters.
