All hands on deck as power crews in Tennessee, Georgia brace for winter storm

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — With wintry weather just 48 hours away, crews across our viewing area are shifting into storm mode with one goal in mind: keep the lights on.

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) says it has been getting ready for the system for more than a week as colder air and the threat of ice move closer to the region.
