As Arctic air moves through the region, a cold-weather advisory is in effect for southeast Michigan until Saturday morning, Jan. 24, with single-digit temperatures and wind chills as low as minus 25 expected on Friday, Jan. 23, and Saturday, Jan. 24, according to the National Weather Service.
