A 47-year-old Carlisle man was arrested on drug-related charges following a welfare check at a local Walmart parking lot.
According to Carlisle Police, officers were dispatched at approximately 11 p.m. on January 17, 2026, to the Walmart parking lot located at 60 Noble Blvd. for a welfare check on a male in a vehicle. The individual was identified as Quinn McCartney.
