BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Two Battle Creek-area manufacturers will combine.
DENSO Manufacturing Michigan, Inc. (DMMI) will acquire SYSTEX Products Corporation (SPC) from Shimizu Industry through a stock purchase, DENSO announced Wednesday.
The two Battle Creek manufacturers will unite, strengthening DMMI’s thermal manufacturing capabilities, DENSO said in a release.
