A quiet East Long Beach cul-de-sac turned into a federal enforcement scene on Tuesday morning when witnesses say immigration agents in Border Patrol gear swept in and seized two men working as gardeners as neighbors watched. One gardener was handcuffed and led to an SUV, while another tried to flee by climbing a wall before being chased down.
