NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The State Fire Marshal’s Office said the house fire in North Providence on Wednesday was caused by improperly disposed smoking material.
The fire, which was determined to be accidental, left a home on Alexander Street temporarily uninhabitable, according to North Providence fire officials.
