Authorities have released the identity of the body discovered in Alameda Park in Santa Barbara last week.
The identity of the man is 65-year-old David Wayne Neal, according to Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office also stated he was a transient living in Santa Barbara.
