CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A pregnant woman and her family have been without hot water for more than two weeks at their Cleveland apartment, prompting her to seek help from 19 Troubleshooters.
Aakanae Davis, who lives with her husband and 5-year-old daughter at Regency Square Apartments in the Hough neighborhood, said they have been without hot water since Jan. 7.
“I am livid. This is not okay for anybody. This is uninhabitable,” Davis said. “I have to boil water to do my dishes.”…
