LAFAYETTE La. (KLFY) – A former teacher in St. Mary Parish has been indicted on charges related to attempting to entice one of her students into having sex, prosecutors said.
A federal grand jury in Lafayette returned an indictment on Dec. 17, 2025, charging Katherine Albarado with attempted enticement of a minor. The indictment was announced Thursday by U.S. Attorney Zachary A. Keller.
