SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield nonprofit celebrated a major expansion with the opening of new affordable housing for seniors.
The Kitchen held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for phase two of Maplewood Villas. The 32-unit development provides two-bedroom apartments for low-income and formerly homeless seniors, with a special focus on veterans.
