SAN ANTONIO, TX - A search for a wanted fugitive led Bexar County deputies to uncover a large-scale narcotics operation and seize significant quantities of drugs and firearms, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
On Jan. 9, 2026, deputies were attempting to locate Ruby Delarosa, who was wanted on three active felony narcotics warrants related to a prior investigation. Deputies observed Delarosa leaving a residence in the 1300 block of Hunters Plane and traveling to a business described as a dispensary in the 1000 block of West Avenue.
Investigators said Delarosa opened the business and conducted multiple transactions. Deputies observed jars of marijuana and various THC products in plain view inside glass display cases. Based on those observations, investigators obtained and executed a narcotics search warrant for the property…
