OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A former Bellevue police officer is facing new charges after being arrested for a prior incident involving children.
Ryan Agustin is now charged with terroristic threats, use of a firearm to commit a felony and false imprisonment. Court documents show these new charges stem from a dispute back in 2023.
Prosecutors allege he put a gun to a woman’s head and held her against her will.
