Recognizing human trafficking and what’s being done about it

Human trafficking crimes typically involve an act, a means and a purpose, and may include force, fraud or coercion, according to Idaho State Police.

Anyone can experience trafficking in any community, just as anyone can be the victim of any kind of crime, according to the National Human Trafficking Hotline (NHTH).
