COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Homicide rates appear to be declining in two of Colorado’s cities.
Both Colorado Springs and Pueblo reported fewer homicides in 2025 than in the year prior.
In 2022, the Colorado Springs Police Department saw a high of 50 homicides; that year was the deadliest year in more than a decade for El Paso County as a whole, according to the coroner’s office.
