HPD requires permits for video amusement devices to fight illegal gambling

HONOLULU (Island News) – In an effort to combat illegal gambling, the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) Narcotics/Vice Division announced that permits to operate video amusement devices, such as arcade machines or video gambling terminals, are now available on the department’s website.
