Sheila Brookshire, 70, has been identified by Howard County Fire and Rescue officials as the resident killed in a midday fire that broke out in Columbia on Monday afternoon.
At around 2:20 p.m. on Jan. 21, firefighters were called to the 10300 block of Nightmist Court, where there was a reported fire that broke out in a townhouse.
