KSR Today: Gearing up for Snowmageddon in the Bluegrass

They’re calling it the snowstorm of the century with a Winter Storm Warning issued for the entire state and forecasts of as much as two feet of snow combined between Saturday and Sunday — those numbers are all over the place, and we’ll explain why that matters in just a bit. Generally speaking, though, you should expect temperatures in the teens and whatever city you’re reading this from in the Bluegrass to be shut down for at least some period of time. Do you have your milk, bread and eggs? If you don’t by now, well, I wish you the best of luck at your local grocery store. You may be eating granola bars and ketchup the next couple of days.

Meanwhile, Kentucky has a basketball game to be played — well, that’s the goal anyway. We’ve already got one scheduling change for that, and hopefully it’s the last. We’ll talk about that this morning, too.
