Alabama Department of Public Health issues warnings ahead of weekend weather

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – The Alabama Department of Public Health urges people to recognize the signs and symptoms of hypothermia and frostbite and to take extra precautions during periods of extreme cold.

As well as, special precautions are needed when using generators.
