HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Horry and Georgetown counties are making changes as a developing winter storm eyes the Carolinas.
Horry and Georgetown counties announced Thursday that they are moving to OPCON 2, or operational condition 2. OPCON 1 is the most serious; OPCON 3 is normal.
