(KRON) — The California Highway Patrol has activated a Silver Alert for a missing 56-year-old man who was last seen Thursday morning in San Jose.
Quan Phan is described by authorities as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 178 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Phan was last seen around 9 a.m. in the area of Checkers and Schulte drives. He was wearing a black jacket, black pants and yellow slippers, CHP said. He is believed to be on foot.
