VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A Virginia Beach man won $100,000 after receiving a lottery ticket in his stocking on Christmas morning.
While visiting his parents, Matthew Hayden was gifted a Cashing Through the Snow ticket. He scratched the ticket later in the day and discovered it was a $100,000 winner.
