PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — CODI Alerts have been issued on behalf of Portsmouth Police for three missing girls last seen Jan. 18 on Fort Lane in Portsmouth, according to police.
Forever Eternity Scott, 12, has black hair, brown eyes and is 5-foot-2, 129 pounds. She was last seen wearing Navy blue pants and a Jordan brand shirt.
