MADISON, Wis. — The man who police said hit a woman with a vehicle and killed her on Packers Ave. earlier this month did not have a driver’s license, a criminal complaint alleges.
Jordan Killerlain, 30, of Sun Prairie is charged with knowingly operating a vehicle while revoked causing death and driving without an ignition interlock device.
A criminal complaint alleges that Killerlain was behind the wheel of a vehicle that hit 77-year-old Mary Givens near the intersection of Packers Ave. and Londonberry Drive just before 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 12. Givens died at a local hospital later that day…
