WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Wichita Police Department confirmed that its investigation into the Dec. 27 home invasion shooting in the 100 block of North Ash that left one man dead and another injured, led to a second arrest.
On Wednesday, Wichita police confirmed the arrest of 39-year-old Andre Bryant, taken into custody on Jan. 15 and booked into the Sedgwick County Jail for felony murder, aggravated murder, aggravated battery, attempted second-degree murder, aggravated burglary, and felon in possession of a firearm.
At about 8:20 p.m. Dec. 27, the Saturday after Christmas, Wichita police reported that officers responded to a home near Wichita East High School inside which they found a 52-year-old man and 67-year-old man with gunshot wounds. The 52-year-old man died at a local hospital, police said…
