ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Four people face criminal charges in the vandalization of the city’s signature Lights at the Parkway display last month.
Daniel Weaver, 19, of Lower Macungie, was charged Friday with two felony counts of criminal mischief, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.
